I liked the staff, they are extremely helpful and amiable people. The room was reasonably spacious and individual with a big bed. It had a particularly good and brilliant setting just off central London, tube stations and a direct bus to central London and the town centre.

Everything here was perfect. Rooms were all warm and provided with the central heating. We liked amiable and amazing staff and their attitude.

The room at Graceland Woolwich was spacious, clean, and offered a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The environment was excellent, making it a pleasant stay.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the lack of a waste bin or bag in the room and not having the wifi password readily available, these didn't significantly impact our overall experience.

I didn't want to leave, the location was cozy and only 3 km from the Valley, plus it was close to the underground.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the warm and welcoming attitude of the manager. They were extremely helpful and made me feel right at home. the bed was clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the location of the hotel was also a major plus point, with easy access to public transportation and just a short walk away from the station. This made it convenient for me to explore the city and visit various attractions.

the lack of cleanliness in the room was disappointing. There were socks left by a previous occupant and even bugs in the bed, which made me uncomfortable.

The location is fantastic as it's near the underground, and the staff here are friendly and wonderful.
